Hub work pieces, unlike disk work pieces, are made of heat-treated steel (АЦ40ХГМ) which is used at AVTOVAZ conveyer and also of ductile iron. Heat treatment is made by quenching and tempering the work pieces until 300HB.
Hub work pieces 2101 are made of ductile iron (ВЧ50) and completely tested for conformity of all geometric sizes and parameters with necessary requirements.
Hubs produced are intended for front-drive and rear-drive VAZ cars (including VAZ 2121, VAZ 21213, 21236).
